The Church of God was established by Christ through the blood of His sacrifice (Ac 20:28). We keep the truth of the New Covenant of the early Church that Jesus established, and believe in God the Father and God the Mother according to the Bible.
The Church of God Keeps the Truth of the New Covenant
Jesus, who came to the earth 2,000 years ago, taught the truth of the New Covenant for the salvation of all humanity, and established the church (Mt 16:18). The name of that church was the Church of God (1 Co 1:2; Gal 1:13). The saints of the early Church of God fully observed the teachings of Jesus such as the Sabbath and the Passover (Ac 17:2; 18:4; 1 Co 5:7–8).
As time passed, however, the church became secularized and the truth of the New Covenant disappeared. Instead, false doctrines such as Sunday worship and Christmas took their place in the church. When there was no faith to be saved because there was no truth, Christ came a second time into this world according to the prophecy in the Bible (Lk 18:8; Rev 5:1–5). He rebuilt Zion where God’s feasts are kept, by restoring the truth of the New Covenant (Isa 33:20; Ps 102:16; Mic 4:1–2). He is Christ Ahnsahnghong. The Church of God established by Christ Ahnsahnghong keeps and preaches the truth of the New Covenant just as the early Church did.
The Church of God Believes in God the Father and God the Mother
The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life. Rev 22:17
The Bible prophesies that the Spirit and the bride will appear in the last days and give all people the water of life, that is, salvation. The Spirit indicates God the Father—the Christ who came a second, and the Bride indicates God the Mother. Accordingly, the Church of God believes in Ahnsahnghong the Christ who came a second, and Heavenly Mother according to the prophecies in the Bible.
The Church of God Practices God’s Love
This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 1 Ti 2:3–4
“Love your neighbor as yourself.” Mt 22:39
The Church of God follows the example of love and sacrifice that God the Father and God the Mother showed to all humanity. With the heart of God who wants all people to be saved, we carry out the gospel missions beyond nations, races, languages, and cultures. Our church members do volunteer activities in various fields such as emergency relief, blood donation, environmental cleanup, and educational support around the world. We will give a helping hand to our neighbors, and try to make a bright and warm society with God’s love.
