About
Christ Ahnsahnghong

Christ Ahnsahnghong is Jesus who came to the earth in the flesh a second time to save humankind. He is in nature God the Father.

According to the prophecies of the Bible, He restored the New Covenant Passover, the truth of life, to give eternal life to people who are bound by the fetters of death.

He accomplished the complete religious reformation by restoring the truth of salvation and the right faith that disappeared after the Apostolic Age. He laid the foundation for world evangelism by rebuilding the Church of God that has fully inherited the traditions of the early Church.

Christ Ahnsahnghong lived a holy life for the gospel, despite many hardships. He taught the truth everywhere, setting the example of love, humility, mercy, and sacrifice.

He revealed God the Mother, the source of the water of life, to all people. By doing so, He opened the way to the eternal Kingdom of Heaven, a bright future where eternal life and happiness await us.

The Life of Christ Ahnsahnghong

Earlier Part of His Life

Born in 1918

Christ Ahnsahnghong was born in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter after, “Korea,”) the country at the ends of the earth in the east, just as the Bible prophesied. His life on the earth began at a humble place in an abandoned mining town in Myeongdeok-ri, Gyenam-myeon, Jangsu-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Korea, on a cold winter day (January 13, 1918).

Japanese Colonial Period and World War I

It was a period of absolute darkness. More than 20 million people were killed in World War I (1914–1918), which was waged by imperial powers. On top of that, up to 100 million people died from the Spanish flu, the worst pandemic of the 20th century. The fear of death swept through the entire world. The Korean Peninsula was no exception. During the period of Japanese colonial rule, 7.6 million people, almost half of Korea’s population, were infected with the Spanish flu, which caused 140,000 deaths.

World War II and Gloomy Life of the Age

In 1939, World War II broke out. Bloody battles raged between the Axis powers led by Germany, Italy, and Japan, and the Allied powers led by Great Britain, France, the United States, the Soviet Union, and China. World War II produced the largest number of casualties in human history. The Korean Peninsula was subject to colonial rule by Japan that forcibly mobilized human and material resources. During this period, Christ Ahnsahnghong lived a hard life, being deprived of freedom and enduring persecution, poverty, and exploitation.

In 1948, Christ Ahnsahnghong was baptized and began His ministry.

The life of Christ Ahnsahnghong is closely related to the mainstream of world history as well as that of Korean history. In 1948, three years after the end of World War II, Israel miraculously gained its independence, which put an end to their painful journey as stateless people over a period of 1,900 years. This was the fulfillment of the parable of the fig tree. According to the Bible, Israel’s independence was the sign of Christ’s second coming; in the year it became independent, Christ Ahnsahnghong began His ministry.

The gospel of the New Covenant, which Jesus established 2,000 years ago, disappeared from the world through the Dark Ages. Only the truth of the Sabbath was vaguely revealed. Christ Ahnsahnghong joined the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 1947, and He was baptized at Nakseom, Incheon, in 1948 when He was 30 years old, according to the prophecy of David’s throne. From then on, He taught the truth and the law of the New Covenant.

The Republic of Korea (South Korea) had been going through turbulent times since its liberation, and the country was devastated again by the Korean War that broke out in 1950. In an attempt to communize the Korean Peninsula, North Korea immediately occupied Seoul, the capital of South Korea, and moved south; however, North Korean troops failed to capture Busan where Christ Ahnsahnghong was preaching the gospel, and they were pushed back by UN and South Korean forces into their territory. After three years of war, an armistice was finally signed. In the country that was devastated by the successive wars, Christ Ahnsahnghong suffered from extreme poverty and hunger. Under these life-threatening circumstances, He showed mercy to people in need and set the example of keeping the Sabbath holy, one of God’s commandments. In His handwritten notes showing the situation of that time, He said, “I never gave in to life’s temptations even despite deadly suffering during the Korean War and all the hard work in the mountains of Byeonnae, Yangsan, nor did I violate the Sabbath in My workplace.”

Establishment of the Church of God in 1964

When the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church was completed, Christ Ahnsahnghong rebuilt the Church of God in 1964. The Church of God follows the truth and tradition of the early Church. In its early days, the Church of God was small and weak as a house church. The sacrifice and devotion of Christ Ahnsahnghong became the foundation for the seeds of the gospel to be planted and grow in many of the capital and local regions. Christ Ahnsahnghong restored all the truths of salvation, including the New Covenant Passover, which Jesus Himself observed and the apostles kept. He laid the right foundation of faith in God by breaking down the non-biblical doctrines.

His Sacrificial Life for the Sake of the Gospel

In the age of spiritual desolation as well as physical desolation in every aspect of society and the economy, Christ Ahnsahnghong lived a poor and humble life, going through suffering throughout His life to rebuild the foundation for the gospel of the New Covenant. He had no choice but to do difficult and unpleasant jobs in order to keep the commandments of God, including the Sabbath, and to preach the gospel. He was willing to do dangerous jobs, such as breaking rocks and carrying them as well as cutting down big trees in the mountains. He barely managed to eat barley porridge for lunch or often skipped meals as He devoted Himself to writing Truth Books with His hard-earned money. He did not care about His own suffering, but took pity on those who were living in hardship without knowing the truth. He never stopped sacrificing Himself to save humankind, spending many days praying and fasting in some places such as Mt. Geumjeong in Busan, Korea.

Christ Ahnsahnghong continued living a life of suffering. Instead of caring about His own safety, He took care of the church, the members, and neighbors, considering their pain and suffering, with the heart of a father who loves and cares for his family. He was respected by His neighbors as well as the members because He never showed signs of tiredness but always wore a gentle smile, having a warm personality. He treated everyone with humility and consideration, regardless of age and gender, and helped those in need immediately when He saw them. Carrying a bag filled with books, including the Bible, on His shoulders, He traveled all over the country to the remote countryside and small seaside villages, earnestly preaching the truth to whomever He met. He only devoted Himself to preaching the gospel, enduring all kinds of hardships, and wrote the teachings of salvation all night through under a dim light: Unsealing the Seven Thunders, Visitors From the Angelic World, The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Gospel, The Law of Moses and the Law of Christ, The Last Plagues and the Seal of God, Explanations of the Trinity, and The Mystery of God and the Spring of the Water of Life. Every book was written by the sacrifice of Christ Ahnsahnghong.

Latter Part of His Life

He Testified About God the Mother, the Last Mystery of the Bible

In the latter part of His gospel life, Christ Ahnsahnghong focused on preaching the greatest mystery of the Bible, God the Mother. Since humankind must meet God the Mother, the source of the water of life, to be saved, He put more effort into this work. He compiled all the truths and published the book titled, The Mystery of God and the Spring of the Water of Life in 1980. Through the Bible and various testimonies, He testified about God the Mother, who is represented as Heavenly Jerusalem, the Wife of the Lamb, and the Bride of the Spirit.

Since only God the Father can reveal God the Mother whom people have not realized, Christ Ahnsahnghong diligently preached about God the Mother from the early days of His gospel ministry. His handwritten notebooks, sermons, and Truth Books clearly state His revelation and the biblical testimonies about God the Mother.

On April 15, 1984, Christ Ahnsahnghong officially revealed God the Mother through His Last Passover on this earth. He carefully taught the truth of God the Mother to His disciples, including Pastor Kim Joo-cheol. Through this, the prophecy about the mission of Elijah was fulfilled.

Ahnsahnghong Handwritten Notebooks and Truth Books
“Weekly Religion” dated March 18, 1981, reported under the title, “Unknown New Religion: The Church of God,” that Second Coming Jesus had to come to the earth in secret and pass away after preaching the gospel for 37 years:

Prophesied Ascension to Heaven in 1985, Through a Media Report

Four years before His ministry ended on the earth in 1985, Christ Ahnsahnghong predicted the death of Second Coming Christ in an interview with a media outlet. “Weekly Religion” dated March 18, 1981, reported under the title, “Unknown New Religion: The Church of God,” that Second Coming Jesus had to come to the earth in secret and pass away after preaching the gospel for 37 years: “The Church of God believes that Second Coming Christ is to appear in this age and that He is to appear in the flesh with eyes, nose, mouth and ears . . . because the New Covenant He established at His first coming was abolished during the Dark Ages. So the Lord Himself has to come again to restore the truth of life, the New Covenant . . .” Through this, He fulfilled the prophecies about Second Coming Christ, and left the evidence to people.

In May 1984, Christ Ahnsahnghong made His final preparations; He handed over the ceremonial gown to Pastor Kim Joo-cheol, declaring him as His successor. In order for the Church of God to grow upright in accordance with the teachings of God the Mother, He established the church order, entrusted His Bibles, Truth Books, and evidence photos to His successor, and asked him to have firm faith and obedience and to carry out the mission of preaching to save souls. Christ Ahnsahnghong, who earnestly longed for salvation of humankind through fasting and prayer, returned to Heaven on February 25, 1985, after fulfilling all the prophecies of the Bible; He finished His 37-year gospel ministry, which opened the way to eternal life and the Kingdom of Heaven for all human beings.

The Church of God After the Ascension of Christ Ahnsahnghong

Following the will of Christ Ahnsahnghong, the Church of God concentrated on preaching the gospel for salvation of humankind and practicing God’s love according to the guidance of God the Mother. The church has now grown to a global scale with 3.2 million members in 7,500 locations across 175 countries, within 50 years of its establishment. The church members consider all people of the world as global family members, so they give help and hope to those who are suffering from disasters, hunger, disease, and poverty, as God’s children who play the roles of the salt and light of the world. Governments and agencies around the world have cooperated with the Church of God for peace and unity, and presented various awards for the church’s sincere volunteer service. Media outlets such as newspapers, TVs, and the Internet news continuously report the news of Ahnsahnghong the Christ who came a second time, God the Mother, and the Church of God. The truth and love of God the Father and God the Mother are spreading throughout the world so that humanity can overcome disasters and be happy.

Achievements of Christ Ahnsahnghong

Fulfillment of the Prophecies About Second Coming Christ

The Bible prophesies in detail the reason for Christ’s second coming, the timing and place, and the way of salvation. Christ Ahnsahnghong fulfilled all the prophecies and carried out the ministry as Second Coming Christ.

Prophecy About King David

In Luke 1, it was prophesied that Christ, the Savior, would receive the throne of David. David became king at the age of 30 and reigned for 40 years. According to the prophecy, Jesus was baptized at the age of 30 but was sacrificed on the cross after preaching the gospel only for three years. Second Coming Christ is to be baptized at the age of 30 as spiritual King David and to preach the gospel for the remaining 37 years before returning to Heaven. Accordingly, in 1948 when Christ Ahnsahnghong turned 30, He was baptized in Korea at the end of the earth in the east and rebuilt the Church of God. After teaching the truth and the laws of the New Covenant for 37 years, He ascended to Heaven in 1985. By this, He fulfilled the prophecy.

Parable of the Fig Tree

In Matthew 24, “Learn this lesson from the fig tree. As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near . . . you know that it [He] is near, right at the door.” He prophesied that Israel, who was compared to the fig tree, would perish and become independent, and that Second Coming Christ would appear then. According to His words, Israel was destroyed by Rome in 70, and for about 1,900 years, the people lived without a state, wandering about the world, and finally achieved independence in 1948. Israel is the only country that recovered its lost land in 1,900 years. As God signaled the appearance of Christ, Ahnsahnghong the Christ began His ministry for salvation of humankind in 1948.

Prophecy About Cyrus

The Bible prophesied that just as Cyrus, king of Persia, freed the Israelites from captivity in Babylon, the Savior who was prophesied as Cyrus would appear at the ends of the earth in the east in the last days. Accordingly, Christ Ahnsahnghong came from Korea at the ends of the earth in the east, and spiritually emancipated God’s people who were suffering in this sinful world through the New Covenant Passover, the seal of God.

Prophecy About Melchizedek

There appears a special character named Melchizedek in the book of Genesis. He was a priest who blessed Abraham, the father of faith, with bread and wine; Abraham gave him a tenth of his income. Melchizedek, as a prophetic figure, represents Jesus who gives the blessing of eternal life to all people through the Passover bread and wine (Heb 5:8–10). The Bible says that it is hard to explain about Melchizedek; because he is without father or mother (parents who do not believe in God), without genealogy (born in a foreign country, not in Israel), without beginning of days or end of life (God who blesses with bread and wine). The fulfillment of the prophecies about Melchizedek will be complete at the second coming of Christ. Christ Ahnsahnghong, who is in nature God, came from Korea, a foreign country, not Israel; He was born to parents who did not believe in God; He completely fulfilled the prophecies about Melchizedek by blessing us with eternal life through the Passover bread and wine.

Prophecy About Elijah

Elijah was a prophet in the days of King Ahab of the northern kingdom of Israel. In order to help the ignorant people discern true God, he alone confronted 850 false prophets, repairing the altar of God and destroying the false prophets (1 Ki 18:30–40). Christ Ahnsahnghong came with the mission of Elijah. He restored the truth of the New Covenant, which had been destroyed after the Apostolic Age, and confronted many false prophets so that people could discern true God. Elijah means “The LORD [Yahweh] is my God.” The Bible prophesied that the man who was entrusted with the mission of Elijah would testify about the Savior who would come after him. At Christ’s first coming, John the Baptist fulfilled this mission by testifying about Jesus. Today, at Christ’s second coming, God the Father Ahnsahnghong fulfilled the mission of Elijah by testifying about God the Mother who came after Him.

Truth of Salvation Restored

In order for us to be saved and go to Heaven, we must know the way to eternal life correctly. Christ Ahnsahnghong led us to the sure way to eternal life by restoring the truth of life that Jesus had established.

Passover of the New Covenant

About 2,000 years ago, Jesus promised the forgiveness of sins and eternal life on the day of the New Covenant Passover. However, after the Apostolic Age, the church was secularized and the Passover was abolished at the Council of Nicaea. (Refer to A History of the Early Church to A.D. 500, Eusebius’ Ecclesiastical History, and Christianity Through the Centuries). Since then, no one could restore the Passover for about 1,600 years while going through the Dark Ages. According to the prophecies of the Bible, Christ Ahnsahnghong restored the New Covenant Passover, which contains the blessing of becoming God’s child, the promise of protection from disasters, and the inheritance of the Kingdom of Heaven. He granted the most blessed and hopeful news to humankind who was destined to die.

Complete Religious Reformation

In the 16th century, Martin Luther cried out for the Reformation, criticizing the corruption of the Roman Catholic Church, but he did not restore the truth of life. After that, about 500 years have passed and now there are numerous churches and denominations, but the truth of salvation is not found anywhere because of different interpretations of the Bible. Only Christ Ahnsahnghong completely restored all the truths of the early Church that Jesus had preached and the apostles had kept. He awakened people to the decrees of the New Covenant: the Seven Feasts in Three Times—Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Day of Firstfruits (Day of Resurrection), Feast of the Weeks (Day of Pentecost), Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Feast of Tabernacles—baptism, the Sabbath, women’s veil, etc. He let people discern idolatry and man-made teachings from the truth, and exposed that the traditions of existing churches such as cross reverence, Sunday worship, Christmas, and Thanksgiving Day originated from pagan customs, not from God’s commandments. (Refer to Baker’s Dictionary of Theology, A History of the Early Church to A.D. 500, The History of Christianity, dictionary, and encyclopedia). Christ Ahnsahnghong completely accomplished the religious reformation not only in faith but also in the truth.

Church of God

The Church of God established by Christ Ahnsahnghong fully inherits the original model of the early Church of God where Christ Jesus and Apostles Peter, John, and Paul attended 2,000 years ago. The name “Church of God” originates from the Bible (1 Co 1:2; Gal 1:13). It means the church established by God and led by God. As the Bible says, “The church God bought with His own blood” (Ac 20:28), the Church of God is the only church that keeps the New Covenant Passover which contains the precious blood of God. It is also the church that fulfilled the prophecy about Zion, which is recorded in the Bible as the place of salvation. Zion is a place where God’s feasts are celebrated and where God dwells, granting the forgiveness of sins, eternal life, and salvation.

Testifying About God the Mother

People have only known and believed in God the Father without realizing the existence of God the Mother. Christ Ahnsahnghong revealed the existence of God the Mother, a haven of eternal love and happiness, and a shelter of comfort and peace.

Bible

From the creation of the heavens and the earth to the Old and New Testament times and to the last days, the Bible describes how God the Father and God the Mother accomplish the work of salvation for humankind. Christ Ahnsahnghong testified about God the Mother, who is clearly seen through parables, prophecies, revelation, and direct explanations in the Old and New Testaments from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelation.

Handwritten Notebooks and Truth Books

From the very beginning of His ministry, Christ Ahnsahnghong testified about God the Mother, the Savior who would come after Him. From 1953 when people were suffering from the Korean War, He recorded the revelation about God the Mother, testimonies and teachings of the Bible in His notebooks, sermons, and books titled, “The Visions I Saw,” “Unsealing the Seven Thunders,” “I Will Send the Prophet Elijah,” “The Spirit and the Bride,” “Walking With God,” etc.

His Last Passover

Just as Christ Jesus established the New Covenant, promising eternal life on His last Passover before He was crucified, Christ Ahnsahnghong revealed God the Mother, the source of life, through His last Passover on April 15, 1984. Unlike other years, He kept the Passover in a wedding hall, not in the church, lighting blue and red candles which symbolize the bride and bridegroom. By doing so, He revealed the existence of the Spirit and the Bride who give the water of life. On May 18, 1984, He clearly testified about the spiritual Mother by leaving the picture of the Spirit and the Bride who was holding a bouquet made of carnation that symbolizes the grace of parents. He revealed the truth of God the Mother to His disciple, and taught them to follow God the Mother who gives them the water of life.

Teachings

“[T]he Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you” (Jn 14:26). According to the prophecies of the Bible, Christ Ahnsahnghong taught all the truths that Jesus had said.

The teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong contain all the answers to the questions humankind has long been searching for: What is the origin and nature of humankind? Why are we born and living on this earth? Where are we going after death? Who is God? What relationship do we have with God? What do we have to do to be saved and to go to Heaven? Only God the Creator can answer these questions.

Christ Ahnsahnghong taught in detail God’s providence and prophecies in the Bible, the decrees and laws of the New Covenant that humankind must keep, and the character and deeds God’s children must have, as well as Heaven and the spiritual life. His major teachings are as follows.

God the Mother

The Bible testifies about Father and Mother of our spirits, saying, “Our Father in heaven” (Mt 6:9), and “The Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother” (Gal 4:26).

In Genesis 1, God is described in the plural form of us. This tells us that there is a male image of God (the Father) and a female image of God (the Mother). Starting from the first verse that starts with “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth,” the word God is expressed in the plural form, Elohim, about 2,500 times in the original Hebrew Bible.

This means that there is not one God, but Gods.

In Revelation 22, the last chapter of the Bible, there appear the Spirit and the Bride who tells humankind to “come and take the water of life.” Since only God can give the water of life, the Spirit refers to God the Father, and the Bride who gives the water of life together refers to God the Mother.

Whoever comes to God the Father and God the Mother can receive eternal salvation.

Heavenly Family and Earthly Family

Father and mother are titles used at home. The earthly family consisting of a father, a mother, and children serves as a model that shows there are God the Father, God the Mother, and Their children in Heaven (Heb 8:5).

Just as there is the family, the community of love, on the earth, there is the spiritual family, the community of eternal love, in Heaven.

As a family is related by blood, the heavenly family members, too, inherit the flesh and blood of God through the Passover. God’s children are to follow the teachings of their spiritual Father and Mother and receive heavenly inheritance (2 Co 6:18; Ro 8:16–18).

Visitors From the Angelic World

Human beings were angels who lived happily with God in the Kingdom of Heaven in their previous lives (Ecc 12:7; Pr 8:22–30). However, after committing grievous sins, they were cast down to this earth and came to live a hard life.

We, sinners, must receive the forgiveness of sins and eternal life in order to return to our heavenly home, but we cannot make it by ourselves. That is why God, who has the authority to forgive sins, became flesh and walked the path of sacrifice for our salvation (Lk 19:10; Eph 1:7).

From the spiritual point of view, this earth is a prison and we are living a foreigner’s life. If we believe and follow God’s truth given for the salvation of our souls, we can return to Heaven where there is no death, suffering, sorrow, and pain (Heb 11:13–16; Rev 21:4).

Passover of the New Covenant

This is the feast through which God promised humankind the forgiveness of sins and eternal life, and is the truth of life which they have longed for.

The parable of the Garden of Eden in the book of Genesis contains not only the beginning of death but also the secret of life. Whoever eats from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil comes to die, but whoever eats from the Tree of Life can have eternal life (Ge 3:22).

Jesus said 2,000 years ago, “Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life,” teaching that the reality of the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden is Christ. The day before He was sacrificed on the cross for the sins of humankind, He established the New Covenant that promised the forgiveness of sins and eternal life through the Passover bread and wine representing His flesh and blood. He allowed all people who were destined to die, to eat from the Tree of Life (Jn 6:53–54; Mt 26:17–28; Lk 22:19–20).

The Passover means “Disasters pass over.” It originated from the Exodus; the Israelites, who were slaves in Egypt in the Old Testament times, kept the Passover as God commanded them. Through the blood of a lamb, they could be saved from the plague of destroying the firstborn and freed from the land of slavery.

The way to salvation was opened to humankind through the sacrifice of Jesus who appeared as the Passover Lamb in the New Testament times. Those who keep the Passover of the New Covenant become God’s children by inheriting God’s flesh and blood; they are protected from disasters by the power of God’s blood, and share true love among them as the heavenly family members.

Seven Feasts in Three Times

These are God’s annual feasts based on the Old and New Testaments; these feasts contain God’s blessings such as the forgiveness of sins, eternal life, resurrection, and the Holy Spirit. At the same time, it contains God’s love, sacrifice, power, mercy, and atonement for the salvation of humankind.

  • Passover: The evening of the 14th day of the first month by the sacred calendar; a feast meaning, “Disasters pass over”; the day of having the holy supper of Christ
  • Feast of Unleavened Bread: The 15th day of the first month by the sacred calendar; a feast meaning, “Removing leaven”; the day when Christ was crucified (the feast of the Passion, fasting)
  • Day of Resurrection: The first Sunday after the Feast of Unleavened Bread; commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ; called the Day of Firstfruits in the Old Testament
  • Day of Pentecost: The 50th day after the Day of Resurrection (Sunday); commemorating the descent of the Holy Spirit; called the Feast of Weeks in the Old Testament
  • Feast of Trumpets: The 1st day of the seventh month by the sacred calendar; meaning, “Commemorate by blowing trumpets”; a feast preparing for the Day of Atonement
  • Day of Atonement: The 10th day of the seventh month by the sacred calendar; the day of purifying the sanctuary once a year and making atonement
  • Feast of Tabernacles: From the 15th day to the 22nd day of the seventh month by the sacred calendar; commemorating the work of building the tabernacles and of Christ’s preaching; a feast when the Holy Spirit is prophesied to descend

Sabbath

This is the seventh day when God finished creating the heavens and the earth for six days and commanded us to keep it holy so that we can receive blessings.

Based on the Bible and historical facts, it corresponds to Saturday in today’s seven-day system.

Most churches worship on Sunday, the first day of the week, but the Bible defines the seventh-day Sabbath as a holy day for worshiping God.

In the New Testament times, Jesus and His disciples kept the Sabbath (on Saturday) as their custom, and after the crucifixion, Apostle Paul and the early Church kept the Sabbath holy.

Baptism

It is a ceremony whereby the body of sin is buried in water and the soul is born again. Depending on the denomination, it is conducted by sprinkling water, but immersion into water is correct in the original term of the Bible.

According to the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong, the Church of God conducts baptism based on the Bible.

The Bible says that baptism is a sign of God’s salvation (1 Pe 3:21). “Go and make disciples of all nations and baptize them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” According to this teaching of Jesus, baptism must be conducted in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. The person who has faith in God the Father and God the Mother can get baptized.

Women’s Veil

According to the regulations of the Church of God recorded in the Bible, men wear nothing on their heads and women wear veils during prayer or worship.

1 Corinthians 11 says that this is the example of Christ, which contains God’s providence of creation and was established for the church order.

In today’s Protestant churches, women do not wear veils like men; and in Catholic Church, high-ranking priests wear something on their heads during Mass. All these do not meet the Biblical standards.

As the church became secularized after the early Church, man-made rules, not God’s commands, are introduced into the church.

Those are Sunday worship established by Roman Emperor Constantine in 321, Christmas that originated from the winter solstice celebrated in Rome, and Thanksgiving Day made in American pioneering history. Because the cross hung on most churches is an idol forbidden in the Bible, setting up the cross or serving it is against God’s teachings. The cross was used as a symbol of faith and as a talisman for the dead in ancient pagan religions, and it was an instrument for death sentence at the time of Jesus’ first coming.

According to the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong, the Church of God emphasizes Christ who was sacrificed on the cross and the meaning of His precious blood, not the cross itself.

These are the books Christ Ahnsahnghong wrote about the truth of salvation.
The books contain detailed teachings so that anyone can realize the truth of salvation that was sealed in the Bible and receive eternal life.

The Law of Moses and the Law of Christ

There are two laws in the Bible: the law of Moses in the Old Testament and the law of Christ in the New Testament. This book clearly explains the meaning and role of the law of Moses and of the law of Christ. God’s will is to let us know the present through the past and the future through the present. Likewise, we can understand the law of Christ (the New Covenant) which is the reality, through the law of Moses (the Old Covenant) which is a shadow.

Although Christians all over the world claim to believe in God, not many of them know exactly what God is like and who Jesus really is. It is because each church interprets the Bible differently.
